Happy Birthday Jennifer!

After our wonderful friends and family helped us with the vases, bows, and chopsticks, we took them out to dinner to celebrate the finish of that task! It wasn't easy, but it was nice to have it finished.

Eric's cousin, Jennifer, has a birthday coming up next week. Unfortunately, it is way too busy with prepping for the wedding and Memorial Day Weekend doesn't make birthday planning quite easy. So Eric and I decided to have a little surprise birthday celebration at Schafly's. If you've never been there, I recommend it. The food is good, but you have to order the right thing! :) Isn't that true with any restaurant? We were able to sneak a cake in and the staff was gracious enough to provide plates and forks and not charge us a $2 per person cake fee (don't even get me started on that topic...). Sorry we can't celebrate on your real birthday, but hope you enjoyed the cake!
