This past Sunday, you came and helped us. You tirelessly tied ribbons onto vases so that we could put fresh, beautiful flowers as part of our centerpieces. Those ribbons wouldn't work well with your bulky fingers, the bows were off-centered, but yet you continued to pursue the fine art of bows on vases.
You also scraped those darn stickers off the bottom of the vases so that it wouldn't look ugly on the table. You used Goo Gone to help get that stickiness off the vases, your hands still today smell like Oranges, that reminds you of the hard work you did for our centerpieces.
Then you also helped hole-punched cards and even fold some 400 cards as well. You then helped tie ribbons with the cards on the chopsticks. All 400 chopsticks. We know that the calluses on your fingers is a symbol of your love for us, to help us tie all 400 chopsticks so that the people at our wedding will treasure those chopsticks forever.
You may hate us now, but remember: these experiences only gets you ready for your own wedding! Thanks to all that helped us out this past weekend, we couldn't have done it without you!
Love,
Nancy & Eric
