Horseshoes from Springfield

So a couple weekends ago, we went to visit our friend, Casey and met his fiancee. Well a few days before our way there Casey mentioned that we were going to eat a horseshoe. So here is what one looks like. Start with some Texas toast on the bottom and then a choice of hamburger, bacon, chicken tenders, and ham. On top of that are fries with some sort of cheese sauce. Probably not ideal for a vegetarian.

All gone!

Totally random picture, but Dhara will get this. Enjoy Dhara! :0)

Eric and I had a good time in Springfield, IL. Funny side note story: When we got in the car Eric asks for directions. When I told him where we were going he states, "that's Springfield, IL." He thought we were going to Springfield, MO. Good thing he wasn't in charge of directions.

qik-n-ez huh? what's with these names?!! i think we should really make this a hobby of ours-wherever we go, try to find obnoxious names of gas stations (maybe we should add stores and restaurants as well). i do have a pic of a coffee shop in alaska called "bad ass coffee." MISS YOU BABE! hope you enjoyed your trip!!!
